All of the sudden here on meta I am seeing a wrench icon at the end of the stream (above “Invite”):
Clicking it doesn’t do anything.

Its the admin wrench … I did some refactoring there yesterday to place all the buttons in a div, hope I did not break it.
The wrench is outside the <div> now last time I looked.
I needed “Invite, Bookmark, Share, Flag, Reply” in a single div so had to shuffle stuff around, will check if that shuffling caused this.
I think my seeing it is the bug not it not doing anything when clicked
