Add a button to “topic admin actions” which inserts a wiki post as the first post in the topic, even if there are already existing posts in the topic.
If possible, populate the wiki from one of a few templates; however if this adds much complication or cost, we can edit the newly-created wiki post and paste the template.
Our use case is to summarize long topics. As discussed here, the Discourse team favors automated approaches to summaries, but we’re willing to manually curate the summaries. We currently insert the summary wiki using this ugly method. It works but is labor-intensive.
