I’m trying to set up a community, and I want to change the layout/theme.

Do you know where I can find this theme and how do I set it up?

Since it list Categories, Top and Latest I suspect it is a Discourse site.

If so then have you used the F12 key on your browser to peek at the HTML and JavaScript, there might be the name of the theme or plug-in noted.

I’m downloading & adding them theme, then pressing convert but it’s not coming up.

Any further help?

It’s a theme component, not a theme. You can add it to any theme.
