Currently, the new page is sorted by last activity.
I know there are merits for it, but for some communities and users sorting by the published date of the topics makes a lot more sense.
It would be great, if Discourse would give us an option in the settings to change the default behavior for the sorting of the new page to be either by “activity” or “published date” (thus also change the title of the last row to “Published” instead of “Activity”).
Anybody with me?
