New top-menu item or drop-down

Hi,

Is there anyway to add in a drop-down (like shown below) in the top menu? Ultimately, we like to add drop-down to include multiple items to link to website and help-docs,etc. If drop-down not possible, how top signle-menu and a link?

I know it doesn’t fulfill your ultimate goal, but this post may at least give you some inspiration. It should add a single link to that menu:
