New topic button does not add tag when in category and tag filtered

I’m not sure now, but I’m fairly sure this used to work - when viewing a category filtered by a tag, the New Topic button usually sets things up so that the category and tag are pre-filled. So clicking the New Topic button here:

would set it up so you are posting in the bug category with the ios-app tag, is this a regression? (If not, can it be added please?)

I am pretty sure this is not a regression, but I totally support implementing this!

@techAPJ is this an easy change?

This still works. Click the “New Topic” button here:

Notice the URL. That’s the same URL you get when filtering topics via tag on a category page.
