Nuovi utenti non ricevono l'e-mail di notifica

Ciao,

Alcuni utenti non ricevono le e-mail di notifica durante la registrazione. Su Discourse risulta che l’account è stato creato, ma è disattivato (grigio), e viene indicato che l’e-mail è stata inviata.

Il problema è sul lato di Discourse o dipende dagli utenti? Per riferimento, uno degli utenti ha indicato di utilizzare gmx.net come provider di posta elettronica.

That’s probably the problem. They can check their spam folder. But it could just be silently deleting them. You can see the troubleshooting new email topic.

What happens when they issue a password reset? Check admin, logs, email to see proof the email was sent.

And yes follow the email guide religiously!
