As discussed here, I would like to create my own version of Nice Reply. I’ll need a new name, and Nice Post seems like the obvious choice. But if I try to create a new badge named Nice Post, I get “Sorry, an error has occurred”.
Using Data Explorer, I found that badge already exists. It seems to be called Nice Reply in the /badges and /admin/badges pages, but Nice Post in the database. I can imagine it used to be called Nice Post and it was decided to rename it using some magic.
Can someone explain how this works? And since both names are taken, can I use the same magic to get around my problem?
