Здравствуйте,
Наконец-то я установил Discourse Encrypt /my/preferences/account, а не на /my/preferences/security.

Discourse Encrypt устарел ; мы больше не отслеживаем проблемы с этим плагином на meta.
Чтобы продвинуться дальше, необходимо создать и поддерживать сторонний плагин (в отдельной теме для плагинов).
и заметил небольшую проблему. В предупреждающем сообщении после включения шифрования ссылка ведёт на страницу
