This PR adds separate notification indicators for PMs and reviewables that have …arrived since the last time the user opened the notifications menu. PM indicator: <img width=60 src="https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/17474474/204088238-c86b804d-e45d-4b3b-9fcb-e432f4ae1a66.png"> Reviewable indicator: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/17474474/204088254-e6ad1ad1-d430-4f87-af18-86f057007ee6.png) Everything else that's not a PM or a reviewable will get the old blue indicator with a count: ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/17474474/204088281-43c254d6-dee5-470b-8cf8-5c5da337f690.png) The PM indicator is the strongest one of all three indicators followed by the reviewable indicator and then finally the blue indicator.
