I created one post on my community but members are complaining that they are not able to see the reply button. Though I can see the reply button being a host. It is just this one post where they are not able to see the reply button, for rest of the posts they are able to.
Why is this happening? And what can be done in this particular case

The first things that come to my mind are:
The topic is closed.
The category in which the topic belongs has special permissions (because “Though I can see the reply button being a host.”)
A theme component causes the issue.
Are you willing to share, publicly or privately, the topic in which the reply button is hidden?
