No scroll bar on settings for a channel

I created a channel for a group discussion today, but when I bring up the settings tab there’s no scroll bar so I can’t get to the ‘close channel’ button at the bottom unless I shrink the text.

Using the default theme, am I missing a setting somewhere?

Just confirming I can also see this issue (currently on mobile - Android/Brave)
