Is it just me, or the title no longer shows on the right when you create a new topic?
Tried to search for similar cases, but was not a success.
Does anyone have the same problem?
It never did show on the right? At least not in the past year(s).

Oh, that’s weird… It did show up a month ago and then just stopped.
