Not Receiving Emails After Successful SMTP Configuration with Neo.Space

I’ve recently set up my Discourse instance on AWS Lightsail, and I’ve successfully configured the SMTP settings for sending emails. I am using Neo as my mail provider.

Here is a snippet of my configuration:
