Notify via e-mail whenever a new topic is open/posted

Is there any way to be notified via e-mail whenever a new topic is open/posted?

Yes, you’d want to set the notification level of each category to “watching first post”

This will send you a notification within Discourse, but you can also change your user preferences to have emails sent for every notification.

In preferences > email you can choose “always” to receive an email for every notification. If you don’t change this setting, you’ll only receive email notifications if you’ve been away from the site for at least 10 minutes.
