I have an old site running v1.1 that i was upgrading things haven’t worked first time and i’m doing a roll back except the old site is stuck in read only and i cannot get in via .launcher enter app Docker version 1.7.0 not supported suggestions?

I suggest updating your Docker version. If not possible you can skip the version check with —skip-prereqs
