Continuing the discussion from Muted topic list broken?:
Sorry, another thing about this little issue 
When we click once on this link : https://meta.discourse.org/?state=muted
The result is the homepage, not the muted topic list, we have to reload the page or open it on a new tab to activate the filter.

Aha, I didn’t try routing to the link that way (versus full screen refresh.) Here’s a fix:
