Hi, I noticed this tip:
shown on a closed topic that doesn’t have replies. Wouldn’t it make sense to show it only on a topic that does have replies (I’d even suggest at least 2 as otherwise the timeline isn’t so useful)?

Thanks, Tony! I have noticed this as well and it’s already on our list of potential improvements we’d like to make to user tips.
It’s only shown once when a user joins a new site, so it does make sense to only show it on a topic with replies, where it provides just in time information the user can actually use right away.

It should also check whether there is a toc, which hides the timeline
