when admin setting default other external links in new tab is on, if anonymous users click on a link in a topic, it opens in the same window.
even if the link has the target = "_blank" attribute, it doesn’t open in a new tab.
should it work like this? is there anyway to make links which open in new tab for anonymous users (not logged in)?
