Is there a reason why the order of options in the notifications dropdown is not from most notified to least notified? Meaning “Normal” should be between “Tracking” and “Muted”.

I agree this bothers me too. Can we order these in the order of “notificationy-ness” @eviltrout? As part of you adding the new notification state Watching First Post for categories.
