Organization of a Wiki Topic

We are getting ready to start a wiki manual on a new product our community will be supporting. We have an existing wiki manual for a previous product, which is divided into multiple chapters. Each chapter is a separate post in the topic. I am wondering if this is the best way to organize the wiki, or if it is better to put the whole wiki in a single post.

The existing wiki manual is 8 chapters, about 9000 characters plus about 50 pictures.

Opinions?

OR: Do what I did, have different Wiki articles in different Topics and create an index Topic to bind them all together (also a Wiki if you like).

These are all in a dedicated Category.

This will also allow you to have comments below each wiki (should you so wish, but you can also close them)

Hmm, another possibility. Thank you, @merefield…I think
