[PAID] Apply a homepage and sitewide page design/styling to an existing forum

What would you like done?

We are looking to launch a UK based forum as part of our current customer offering - we have the Discourse platform set-up already (via Communiteq (formerly DiscourseHosting)) and have proposed designs/styles to apply to the forum.

We require a front end dev to assess the feasibility of applying the designs and coding it in place.

When do you need it done?

As soon as possible.

What is your budget, in $ USD that you can offer for this task?

We require an assessment of the amount of time expected from the design proposed - competitive front-end developer day-rates available.
