[PAID] Custom user fields in post title

What would you like done?
Currently doing a trial of the hosted STANDARD edition. I need the post title in this format FIRSTNAME LASTNAME POSITION COMPANY

I have added 2 custom fields to hold this data but can’t figure out how to do the following

  1. Remove the username
  2. Add user fields to the title

I believe I need a custom theme component to do this.

When do you need it done?
