  1. Setup Discourse on VPS with Ubuntu at the moment with a Subdomain for testing - later we finally transfer it to the final Domain
  2. Transfer our current Flarum Forum with 500 Discussions, 2800 Posts and around 600 Members
  3. Setup URL Redirection from old Flarum Discussion URLs to new Discourse URLs
