Pending suggested edit notification overlaps the edit history and date

when suggesting an edit to a wiki doc, the edit history pencil and date are overlapped by the pending suggested edit banner:

also, no Meta tag yet for Discourse Suggested Edits

This might be related to the new simple mode on docs. It looks similar to Introducing simple mode for Discourse Doc Categories - #4 by Moin
