Discourse docs topic's edit history modal does not open on click

Description:
Nothing happens when clicking on the icon to open a topic’s edit history.
No error was spotted in the console.

Reproducible steps:

  1. Go to Docs - Discourse Meta
  2. Open any topic with an edit history (for example Discourse Calendar - Docs - Discourse Meta)
  3. Click on the edit history icon

Thanks for the report @Arkshine. Making it functional is technically quite a lot of work. Given that the docs plugin hides all the other interactivity on posts, I think it makes sense that we should hide this indicator as well
