Obviously new sign ups are key to the success of my forum. I have sent a link to my site to friends and family. Everytime someone new tries to sign up, they are met with the following error eventhough they’ve never attempted to sign up before. Please help. And please note that I am a novice here. Thank you!
Have you tried to see if an invite link works?
Invite link works fine even though they end up using the same email address to create a profile as they previously tried. Also, I cannot see a created user on my end when they first attempt so it is truly an error.
Update: Not exactly sure of the issue but it stemmed from the hcaptcha plugin I had installed. Once disabled, the issue went away
