Plugin Conflict Between Brand Header and Versatile Banner

Versatile Banner and Brand Header are not playing well together.

I brought this up in Versatile Banner - #367 by philh

Setting Brand Header to display above-site-header then enabling Versatile Banner the Brand header moves to under header.. Disabling the other components and working with these two only confirmed the conflict is between them.

After enabling Versatile Banner

I run latest and today’s update [3.6.0.beta2-latest (db67a0841e)] did not change this behavior.

Thans @Juan_David_Martínez for that! They play together nicely now.

Question: Where should I bring up the notion of combining Brand Header and Header Submenus?
It seems one plugin could take the place of two if top link functionality was added to Header Submenus.
