Plugin request: Geotagging posts

I want to let users geotag their posts, so when other users see the post they can see the address and be able to click to jump to Google maps.
The input box would utilize Google’s autocomplete for address forms.

It may be possible to modify a Tagging plugin, and modify the input box to Google’s Autocomplete, and enable any user to add a new tag, so long as it came from autocomplete.

What kind of development time and costs should I expect for this functionality?
