Post display time on right hand is inconsistent with recent posts

Hello. There is an issue on Discourse-powered forums involving inconsistency.
How to reproduce:

1. Go to a recent topic on the forum
2. Tab it out for a few minutes
3. The times are inconsistent with eachother.

This doesn’t prevent users from actually making posts, pretty cosmetic so moved it to ux instead. I don’t think it is a real issue, just the elements haven’t refreshed. You can reload the page and the times get fixed.
