We want to use discourse in our department - policy requires to keep it business Email-Adresses only.
Can we somehow prevent Users from editting their Email-Adresses and stick to the ones we sent the invitions to?

Easiest way to do that is to use SSO through your department’s CAS. That way, users can log in through their existing username/password and continue using discourse. This can also be configured to prevent them from changing their emails.

SSO is a good option, but we also have the email editable setting. If you uncheck that setting in the admin panel, users will be unable to edit their emails.
