Previews of ZenDesk URLs

When we paste a ZenDesk URL to our forum, we get this:

Is this a problem on ZenDesk’s end that they should fix, or is it something Discourse could fix?

I suspect that the 403 response is being returned from Zendesk because the URL isn’t publicly accessible. Discourse attempts to create a onebox for the URL and then adds the message to the preview window to tell you why the onebox cannot be created.

I don’t think there is any way to get the Zendesk URL to form a onebox on Discourse, so the best approach would be to just ignore the message you are seeing in the preview window. A link to the Zendesk URL will be displayed in the post.
