Question About A discourse Chat Bot

Is it possible to create a discourse chatbot without having an api key like is there anyway to code a chatbot that can chat threw a terminal or something?

You could try Headless Chrome, Node and Puppeteer though it goes without saying you should do so ethically and responsibly.

Working directly with the API would be preferable and you could simply ask the admin for an API key for your account assuming you are on good terms.
