For some reason, if you have text that is bolded followed immediate by a comma, there’s an extra space inserted between the text and the comma.
To demonstrate, here is a sentence.
「いいね！」 1
The above quote has not been modified from the default Discourse behavior.
Yes this extra spaces around bold and italic bug has been around a while cc @vinothkannans
