Rebuild app fails (Docker and cat)

I do not know what is wrong, but the rebuild app fails.

Can you try the following:

cd /var/discourse
git pull
./launcher rebuild app

This error happens when you app.yml file is invalid. Can you paste it here?

Remove the quote (first char) in the first line and try again.
