I’ve restored from Digital Ocean backup multiple times. It keeps happening after I update and reboot the server.

Works for me too. In as much as it displays the first page (and a couple of discussions) without having to login.

I was able to fix the issue by rebuilding the app:

cd /var/discourse
git pull
./launcher rebuild app
