I think this is the best option.
Gentle +1 for Meilisearch. I pushed a lot of content onto a self-hosted Meili docker instance and eventually moved to hosted, which is cheap and super fast. They have competent AI features as well. It’s generally very fast with low footprint. I’m currently synchronizing my database to Meili via a CMS called Directus, which has a plugin that synchronizes changes:
