Reject an applicant and delete the information they supplied

Thank you for this feature request, @robbie.morrison!

I’ve just merged a new feature that scrubs PII from the review logs after a user signup is rejected.

The idea of scrubbing instead of deleting completely is to maintain Discourse’s audit and logging trails, whilst also complying with the rights of end users to control their personal data.

It’s available in the tests-passed branch now if you’d like to play around with it, and it’ll be released as part of Discourse 3.5.0. :slight_smile:
