Is there a way to remove the “Bootstrap mode” and “Let’s get this discussion started!” banners that appears for new installation?
Do a search for show create topics notice in Admin > Settings

Just to clarify, those banners only show for staff – members don’t see them.

I would like to be able to remove this as well. I cannot find any way to do it. Thoughts?

It’s under Other, but searching will find it.
