Reply by Email not working

I am having issues with Reply by Email. A user receives an email when tagged in a Topic, however the “Reply” address is

This is the same email address I have set in “notification email”

There is no ‘reply key’ defined in the email a user receives.

I’m having the same problem in my organization. Did you figure out a solution?

[Edit] It turns out the Reply-To header is used for the magical token. It’s just that in our somewhat funky email setup we weren’t seeing that header. Nothing to see here!
