The request to agree to the ToS and privacy policy is automatically added to the sign-up form…so if I try the solution suggested in the above topic, while that may solve the problem for existing users, won’t that then mean new users are asked to agree to the ToS and privacy policy twice (once via the auto-added question and once via my manually added question)?
