What is the command to rebuild the app manually inside the container directly without using launcher script?
Rebuilding is but definition building a new container.
If you want to upgrade, then doing it den the web interface is the easiest thing to do. If that fails you need to rebuild to get a new base image. There have been a couple of changes recently to upgrade ruby and… something else, I think.
