Reverting the Post with Title Changes

Continuing the discussion from Revert post to a specific revision:

Reverting the post does not work as expected when we want to go back more than one version at a time.

For example:

Initial - v1

Topic Title

Example body text

Adding (Change 1) to Title - v2

Topic Title (Change 1)

Example body text

Make some changes to Body - v3

Topic Title (Change 1)

I’m not sure if I’m following this correctly. Shouldn’t the text “(Change 1)” be included in all revisions except for the first one?
