Is there a way to save our Trial instance to then apply to our Prod environment (whether hosted on prem or with Discourse)?
i.e. Config, Settings, Theme, Branding - everything.

For sites on our hosting, the trial site will become your production site if you start your subscription with us at any time during the trial period.
If you would like to put off starting your subscription until a later date, you can cancel your subscription from your admin dashboard and download a backup of the site’s database. When you are ready to setup a new Discourse site, you can either start a new trial site on our hosting and have us restore the backup file for you, or you can upload the backup to a self-hosted site and restore it yourself.
