Scrollbar overlaps the "toggle sidebar" button in Data Explorer

How to reproduce:

  1. Open Data Explorer…
  2. Create a new query.
  3. Collapse the sidebar.

Results: The button is hidden behind the scrollbar.

Expected: The scrollbar not to overlap the “toggle” button.

Google Chrome latest , Mac OS latest, updated Discourse today.
