Scrolling longer topics on mobile doesn't show Related topics at the bottom

I don’t think it’s limited to mobiles

Related topics missing after rereading a topic with more than 20 posts

Steps to reproduce: Visit a topic you have already read, or ensure in another way that you start at the bottom. The topic needs to contain more than 20 posts. You can use, for example, Refinements to search being tested on meta - #31 by volanar Jump to the first post because you want to reread the topic (you can use the timeline or the title). Read all the posts until you are at the last post again and notice that the related topics have vanished.
