Same for the URL without the anchor: Search results for 'http://example.org/path' - Discourse Meta
Searching for only the domain name works: Search results for 'http://example.org/' - Discourse Meta
(The Google search result work as a valid fallback, but it would be still better if Discourse could return these posts) .
I don’t think URL searching is supported at the current time, so this would be a feature request. The domain name is probably tokenized like language words. Is URL searching something postgres has support for @sam?
Note that using quotes does work, though
Something is definitely off here cause that string should be tokenized.
Nice bug report, this is fixed per:
Requires a re-index on broken posts (which you can do by editing)
