Set Topic Timer not working in Discourse v3.1.5

I was previously using Discourse v2.3.0 and I have recently upgraded to v3.1.5. In the recent version, I am not able to use Set Topic Timer functionality.

When I click the button to do so, I get an warning in the console saying showTopicStatusUpdate not found. The same button works is working in Discourse v2.3.0.

Supported versions are stable 3.3.0 and beyond.

Suggest you update to latest or latest stable.
