"Not permitted" error occured after trying to apply topic timer

I am on my own forum, with my account email in the DEVEPER_EMAIL list. I have full permissions yet im not allowed to set a topic timer on my own post. It results in error I screenshotted.

error log does not show anything as far as I can tell. If more info is needed I can provide

Ok, not sure why but it seems to work now. I updated my discourse server and immidiatly tested it but it didnt work then. How ever after trying it the next day it DID work. Sorry I cant provide more details. Consider it solved
