Should I be concerned about these warnings when rebuilding Discourse?

I get these warnings when rebuilding Discourse after a git pull and ./launcher rebuild app

Is there anything to be concerned about here?

Those same warnings seem to always appear with new install / rebuild, don’t know what causes them but a guidance counselor here said they are no cause for concern.

Would be good if someone can explain what those are about and why they appear.
